I provide telehealth services using HIPAA compliant video-conferencing software (PA only).
For an initial consultation, there is no charge and no paperwork is required.
If you choose to continue with therapy and schedule a follow-up appointment, additional paperwork will be emailed to you using Therapy Notes, a practice management software program.
Rates
Please note that while I do not work with any insurance companies, I will happily provide whatever documentation you might need to submit a claim as an out of network provider.
Initial 20 minute phone consultation – free
One-hour intake appointment - $120
Forty-five-minute individual sessions - $100
All fees are due at the time of service. I use the square app to collect payments virtually and accept most major credit cards.
